6:30 PM – Welcome and Overview of Convergence goals, program, and action plan
6:45 PM – Keynote address by Winona LaDuke
7:45 PM – Telling Our Stories – Creating a Vision of Social Change – small group storytelling/sharing of what
social justice means and creating a timeline of participants’ history in social justice events

Friday, October 14, 2011 – 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM

9:00 AM – Registration/Art Show open (HHC Mueller Center), Marketplace opens (3rd Floor Discovery Rm)
10:00 AM – Welcome & Town Hall Meeting on Critical Social Justice Issues Facing People in the Region -  Brief presentations on issues effecting core constituencies, followed by small  group and open discussion
12:00 PM – Lunch break – Mixsters Café (HHC ground floor); Franktuary and Najaat’s Cuisine in Hampton Inn parking lot; other
1:15 – 2:45 PM – Workshops Session 1
3:00 – 4:30 PM – Workshops Session 2
4:30 PM – Dinner break, touring museum, regional networking, and event planning group meetings
5:30 PM –Social Justice MarketPlace closes
6:30 PM – Dessert social (HHC Mueller Center, 5th Floor)
7:00 PM – Pathways to Change: Performances and Awards – cultural celebration, recognition of regional Champions of Change, and presentation of Three Rivers Community Foundation’s 2010-2011 grantees.

2:00 PM – Discussion of draft Action Plan for Building Social Justice in Southwestern Pennsylvania – large and small group discussion and commitments to participate in Continuations Committee (HHC Mueller Center, 5th Floor )
